## Questions about paying.

### Is Lookpix free?

Yes. Search, text in photos, the Smart Library, reviewing duplicates and 50 swipes a day are free, with no account. Pro is only for the cleanup power tools and Smarter Search.

### How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with a 1 week free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, and you won't be charged.

### Yearly or Lifetime?

Yearly costs less to start and comes with the free trial. Lifetime is one payment, yours to keep, and shared with your family through Family Sharing.

### How do I cancel?

In Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.

### I have a new iPhone. Do I pay again?

No. Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in Lookpix's Settings.

### Why is it cheaper in India?

India's prices are set by hand, ₹799 a year or ₹1,399 once, instead of the App Store's automatic conversion.

### Can I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
